Simplify startup banner and show real local IP

- Remove verbose API endpoints and example requests from startup output
- Show actual local network IP instead of localhost
- Add clickable URL support with ANSI OSC 8 hyperlinks
- Dynamically detect port from configuration
- Clean, minimal output for better user experience
