Remove invalid URL entry from Hikvision database

- Removed entry with embedded credentials and IP address
- Entry contained: rtsp://huntertech:Superuser01!@10.0.55.11:554
- This was likely test data that accidentally got committed
- Model "Bullet-4K" entry removed from database
